  Worst experience I have had renting equipment. Ive rented twice in 34 years from this shop and wonder why I went back a second time.... Customer service or knowledge of how to operate their own equipment?,no, its just not there. Given instructions and followed to the letter but the equipment was inoperable. Called immediately and since they were all too busy to help or even consider taking a phone # to call us back, again NO!! We were told just to bring the equipment back BUT we were also told there would be NO CHARGE, well, yup, there was a charge. Not only do they not know how to instruct or operate the equipment, they lie about service charge. My advice, stick with CRS or Minden Home Hardware rental centre, they are much more reputable and seem to genuinely feel both knowing their rental equipment and customer service rate #1.

  Brought a stihl to be serviced... I asked them to put in New air filter and a carb clean. Saw worked great before I brought it there. Got my saw back in PIECES. WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO SPARK. I got home put my saw on the bench and guess what, there was SPARK.. ..however Minden hill rent all stripped my saw of all screws and small parts then told me to buy a new saw and scrap the old one. There was nothing wrong with the spark......uneducated people working and ZERO costumer service....I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUISNESS AGAIN. IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR I WOULD HAVE USED IT
