  This store is pricy ( no news there) but also practises false advertising. Today I was purchasing turkey slices from the deli and there are numerous signs offering 1/2 dozen in-store buns with any $10 purchase from the deli counter. My slices were $8 so I decided to get some liverwurst from the deli counter totalling $4 when I was cashing out I was told that for some unknown reason the liverwurst did not count as a purchase from the deli. WHAT! This store has done this before where they tried to charge me full price for coffee on sale. At least they honoured that sale. I will avoid this store as much as possible. Unfortunately as a full time resident in Minden Hills some times there is no choice. Shame on you Foodland for not honouring your specials!! You are a big rip-off!!!!
